Privacy policy

ALTERA2ION stores the order and account information needed to process payment, issue secure package links, support purchases, and protect the delivery system from abuse. Card data is handled by Stripe and does not pass through the storefront server.

Stored data can include your email address, order records, purchased package names, secure delivery token records, download timestamps, hashed IP values, basic browser information, and any support messages you send us.

Newsletter marketing is optional. We only store promotional consent when you explicitly opt in at checkout or update your preference through the account area.

Operational providers currently include Vercel, Neon, Stripe, and Resend. Each provider handles only the parts of the service needed for hosting, payments, database storage, or transactional email delivery.

We retain purchase and delivery records for operational, accounting, support, and security reasons. If you need a correction or privacy request reviewed, contact hello@altera2ion.com.
