Digital delivery and refunds

ALTERA2ION packages are downloadable digital goods. Delivery starts immediately after payment is confirmed and the secure download link is issued.

At checkout, customers are asked to confirm that they want immediate digital delivery. Once delivery starts, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies.

Because of that, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery has begun.

Support will still review orders where the wrong package was delivered, the download is materially unusable and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or a duplicate charge was made in error.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied properly.
